Welcome to Assistt. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Assistt website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”), including our AI Video Agent, realistic AI avatars, Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, AI image/video generation, and Social Media Manager.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Assistt provides AI-powered tools that allow users to create professional videos using realistic AI avatars, generate voiceovers, transcribe audio, create AI images and videos, and automatically publish content to multiple social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc...).

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• - Our Service is offered under subscription plans (e.g., $35, $95, $195 per month).
• - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• - You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
• - Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• - We may change pricing with notice.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload (scripts, audio, images, etc.). By using our Service, you grant Assistt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., generating AI videos, voiceovers, and publishing to social platforms).

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by our AI tools (videos with avatars, voiceovers, images, etc.) is provided “as is.” You are solely responsible for any content you publish or distribute. Assistt does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

You may use the generated content for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any third-party licenses (e.g., stock footage or music used in B-roll).

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• - Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• - Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract features.
• - Use the Service to create spam, deepfakes for misinformation, or impersonate individuals without consent.
• - Overload our systems or use automated tools to scrape content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, features, and all related technology, is the exclusive property of 29x2 - Light Speed Dev. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Social Media Publishing

When you connect your social accounts, you authorize Assistt to post content on your behalf. You are fully responsible for all published content and must comply with each platform's terms of service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assistt and 29x2 - Light Speed Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, unique, or suitable for your purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of France.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
